Welcome!

I am a Specialist GP who has completed extra training and studies in breastfeeding medicine, women’s health and child health. My pronouns are She/her. I am a mum to two fantastic little humans, and I was inspired to establish Blue Mountains Breastfeeding Medicine after navigating challenges with my own babies. I became a Possums Neuroprotective Developmental Care Accredited provider in 2023, I have completed training to become a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist and I am currently studying towards becoming a board certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).

My goal is to support you in your fertility journey, walk alongside you during your pregnancy, and provide support during the postnatal period, and beyond for you and your growing family.

I aim to provide evidence-based holistic care which is compassionate and personally tailored to your needs.

We’re lucky to live in a beautiful part of the world and I like to make the most of it. When I’m not working, I enjoy getting out on a trail run or a mountain bike ride. I love spending time with my family, and when we get a chance we love to pack up the car and get away for camping trips with the kids.
